This patient began with generalized spacing, a deep overbite, and an asymmetric bite. Notice the coincident midlines after the posterior bite was corrected.

This adult patient’s severe crowding was successfully corrected with extraction treatment in approximately 24 months. She was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful result!

This patient’s chief complaint was the asymmetric bite on the right side, which is obvious when looking at the non-coincident midlines. The esthetics and deep bite were corrected along with the bite asymmetry.

Moderate crowding was corrected for this patient with non-extraction treatment. The inflamed gums visible on the final photo were the result of poor oral hygiene during treatment, but resolved quickly.

This patient’s chief concern was an open bite on both sides (i.e. bilaterally), as well as an excessively deep overbite. His excellent result was achieved in less than 2 years with traditional metal braces.
